St. Anna Church

Little Ayvasıl Church or St. Anna Church (Greek: Ἁγία Άννα) is one of the oldest churches in Trabzon. The building with three naves is made of masonry stones. In the inscription at the entrance of the church, it is written that the church was repaired by Basil I in 884 AD. The building, which was used as a church until 1923, is now empty.
